Privacy Policy It is the policy of APPS Paramedical to hold in the strictest confidence, all information provided to us by its insurance company clients, their agents, and applicants. APPS has never provided confidential information to any third party without the express written permission of its clients. Copies of reports prepared for clients and retained on file have always been deemed the client's property. All information obtained by APPS will be retained in secure locations for as short a time period found necessary to ensure the receipt of the original information by clients and the proper billing and payment for services rendered by APPS. All information retained by APPS is considered the property of APPS' clients and will not be disclosed, in whole or in part, to any third party including, but not limited to, insurance agents and other clients, without the express written authorization of the client from or for whom the information was obtained. All employees of APPS and its independent contractors, who perform work for APPS, have agreed to hold all information in the closest of confidence. Employees and independent contractors understand that their employment or contracts may be terminated immediately for failure to abide by APPS' privacy policy.
